We offer quality service and repair for all brands of automatic doors, manual doors, and stand-alone access systems as well as specific integrated access systems. We also install new systems as well as retrofits for remodels.
Our repair service technicians cover Indiana, Northwestern Ohio, Westcentral Ohio and Southern Michigan.
During your service request call you will speak directly to someone who will gather a detailed series of information to best serve your needs. Information that will be asked will pertain specifically to your service request to assure all inventory required will be available to service your appointment to reduce the possibility of return visits.
After all information is gathered our office staff will dispatch one of our AAADM certified technicians directly to your facility, in most cases within 24 hours of receiving your call. (Overtime charges may apply)
We pride ourselves on keeping all our service technicians' vehicles fully stocked and our warehouse inventory on hand for even the most unpredictable appointments.
Upon arriving at your facility, our repair service technician(s) will perform a comprehensive, skillful diagnosis for the service request.
If your door requires replacement of a major part, most new replacement parts come with a one year warranty.
In some cases we can offer rebuilt parts which come with a 90 day warranty.
